Smelecom and 24c64

Hello,

Is there anyone wo has smelecom tool with the nec+24C64 software ?
And does it works good on the VW cars ?
I heard that elprosys and enigma still got a lot of problems with this software and it don`t work good on the 2011 vw cars.
I`m thinking on buying this software from smelecom but only if it works 100% good.

nothing works 100% but id say that the smelecom is probably the best i use it its never failed yet however the dp3 and enigma can them equally aswell, so unless you alreadyhave these in your stash then smelecom is the cheapest alternative

enigma and dp3 [latest versions ] can do these
Vagdashprog was first out with it.

yeah, no problems with 2011 model here. i use dp3

smelecom have asked 800$ for NEC+24c64(+c32 we get for free), when elprosys have sold nec+24c32, nec+24c64 and magnetimareli 9s12 by obd for 500e onlly! so I do not have 24c64 for vagprog.

good point, it was just that enigma and dp3 where a bit slow introducing it., even after it was on the boxes, still a few that couldnt be done, thats why the vagdash was ahead briefly, but they all seem ok now.

Can all vw cars with 24c64 done by obd, or must in some cases the dash build out and programm the eeprom ?

had a 2011 polo today, unknown version on all machines
i guess they've switched to the 95xxx eep

You have try on same car? With what car You have problem?

For the 24c64 there are 2 options by the smelecom.
-24c64 by obd
-24c64 BIN Additional mode
I understand the 24c64 way, but how work the Bin additional one ?
I read the instruction pdf by smelecom but do i have to use this function oft ?

That`s not so.
I ask smelecom helpdesk about this function.
They tell me, when you can not changed the mileaged by the normal way, you can choose the bin additional way.
In the instruction pdf stands that it is only for when you loose the keys, but it is also for km adjusting.
They going to rewrite the pdf instruction...

What do you mean, don`t understand. Why should there error on display ? have you try ?

It seems to be method for Service Mode. When You put dash in service mode it send to You that what You want without any problems. It work fine on 24c32. On 24c64 till now no one have clear method, they damage immoblock and dash dont ask more for key but checksumm will be corupted and You can corrupt ABS coding too this way. When I send to You file can You make it with this additional bin mode because it seems from description that they made this correct?

It is no proof. Try Passat with color FIS and 24c64.

has anyone done bin add mode diag with vagdashprog?

also pre bin mode [eeprom adapter] does this show no authorisation? even on latest update?

isnt bin mode if you have no working keys?
