nissan micra 03 pin code

i change the ecu of 2003 nissan micra but i try to program it with my t300 but i dont have the pin code,i cheek it bcm to get the bcm number so that i will convert it but i dont see the bcm number on the label of it and i try to use my sbb to read the bcm number it says that the ecu is disconnected.
so i need help here....:argh:
