kryptview box not working

hieguys. I am new in this forum. my kryptview box stopped working 4 months ago and i understand I am supposed to update it. How do I do it.

what do i do after downloading, the file is a bin file.

Read the 3rd post in the thread link that i provided. You need to get the loader - in downloads and you will need a null modem cable.
