Ecu problem VW EDC 15 - Led blinking for preheat

The problem is in the ECU, because we tested it with another Ecu and all OK. The original ECU still blinking LED for preheat.

Does anyone have any experience with this problem?

At diagnostic: there is no error.

there is a MOsfet inside you need to replace or resolder, it wont discharge properly after 12v cut off, not much of a biggy

on hyundai ,solved by programming from auto gear to manual gear option??????
