Prices for that job range anywhere from 3 to 8 euro. It depends if you do ecu memory also or just cluster...

what the hell are you talking about ? ive been in this business for 20 years had my own garage at one time im moving along with the times and want to get into doing dashes but have to start somewhere all i ****ing wanted to know was what make cars can be done this way yet everyone is jumping the gun here ive spent more than ?10,000 on equipment in the past 2 years thats a lot of money for me, ive bought this set to start and see what can be done this way i will eventually get around to unsoldering etc but want to learn not be slagged of im not in it for a quick buck im init for the long term as part of my expanding business and just adding another service to everything i do can't see my bothering buying any better equipment if these are the answers im getting for basic questions , as at the moment no one on this forum is prepared to even answer the question.

how dare you say that , you don't know me ? jump on the band wagon ? ive been doing this for at least 20 years , had my own garage at one time im trying to expand my business and get into dash boards as i pretty much do everything else , but ive got to learn somewhere i cannot jump straight into to stripping down dashes and unsoldering chips when ive no practice of doing that i want to learn and thought this place would help me ,yet all im getting is abuse.

wheres maca when you need a cup of tea

no one is having a go mate, its just that when people learn OBD corrections with a TU and are pushed by a customer will charge 10 pence for a correction

no1 will give you straight answers because for all we know you will most likely be in our area, so in effect we are cutting our own lively hoods just to "help" someone

why dont you go thru your manuals one by one to see which cars you can do diagnostically?
as to whether you fry the dashboard in the process is your risk

"you get what you pay for"

I have done via obd 02 Merc slk, 02astra, 03 corsa, 02vectra, 03 grand cherokee,03 jeep cherokee, all i can remember for now

just start doing via obd and once you get into it mate honestly you will want to learn to solder and remove eeproms with hot air gun all you need is a steady hand its piss easy
