Polo 1.9D 2001 immoff needed

Hello pals;
here is a polo 2001 1.9D engine (old one with coded stop valve on fuel pump), searched for a while for an ecu without finding it, so, there is no ecu. Only Immobox (valeo 6X0 953 257 with 24C04 eeprom), which I read and got pin.
My questions are :
Can I code a new transponder to this car (without the fact that this transponder must be precoded ?) ??
Or, the best choice, any trick to disable this coded valve ??

Hello mate, there ios no ecu on this car, only a big double relay on fuses plate under the steering wheel in the left.

Have you checked under wipers?
are you sure there is no ecu?

Yes OEP, no ecus at all, and even checked, just the double relay inside car. I think it Immo is check between Immobox (valeo) and fuel coded valve mounted on Pump.

does it have electronic fuel pump or cable?

Cable fuel pump; well I removed the pump from the car, forced the metal protection by cutting the plate screw, put +12 to a wire for cutting valv, and other to ground.
Put back, and sorted now, no Immo at all, Thanks Camieltje !!!!!!!!
