nissan micra bosch 0 261 204 249 immo off

please help,i have this nissan micra 1996,ecu no.bosch 0 261 204 249 all keys lost,i programmed FFFFF to the 93c46,the check engine light came solid[not blinking]still the car refused to start as nozzle light failed to come,i did not see any immo box in the car,or can i make key from ecu dump?attached is the data from 93c46 in the ecu

i think you should remove immo-box first and try again..immobox can be build in the "coil reader" around the ignition lock
