Hello. I have crashed lexus is250 with damaged ecu. There is toyota denso 89661-53600, 275100-4111. I have senond ecu with same numbers.
Anyone knew where is located immo data, i must swup this ecu's.

check ic no 901 or 600, if i remember correctly, it is ic no 900 or 901 with 8 pins

IC is 900 surely 93c56 or LR56.No need doing swapping.Just read immo dump of the second hand ECU and post here with the an old or New transponder Logic.It will be added to your second hand ECU immo

or you can simply swap the 93c56 eeprom from old ecu to the new one
