help me fix mb ecu

I have here a car with burned ecu
I get new ecu from another car (Bosch A 611 153 92 79) but the other car was Automatic and mine is manual

The car is starting with my new ecu but i want to change VIN and to turn from automatic to manual

My car is C202 220CDI
VIN : WDB2021331A712752

i can start the car but the new ecu that is starting the car is for Automatic transmision Gasoline and my car is Manual and it is Disel
when i pres aclaret pedal in instument it dosen't go more than 3

the car is in a Mercedes Garage here in my country
The Ecu of the car is burned and now they get another ecu from another car wich is Automatic and put it on car and the Car start
But the aclerate pedal is going on 3 becuse the ecu is from automatic and it is not heppening anything if i pres aclerate pedal
