yes, L56R is only mask number. It is same as 93C56. You can read it with your programmer. cheapest programmer is top2005+ and it works well

Yes, I am using TOP2049 by I'm getting verify error at 00000:00 after programing. I can read OK but not write. Any ideas?

I was using a used master/remote 4C key. Can that key be re-programed to a different car?
I made IC900 chip virgin but could never get that key working, old native key worked well.
