It's posible, but need not VIN, need read ISK code from UCH over OBD.

Why do you care what is ISK ? Only read it by OBD and put here. That`s all you have to do, it`s not so hard !

This inside UCH EEPROM :)

Why do you care what is ISK ? Only read it by OBD and put here. That`s all you have to do, it`s not so hard !
