Flash memory for what?
This is a EDC15C2 no immo stored in flash, only in eeprom.

0281010627 is 3 plugs ecu.Immo disable only if mod flash edc15c2
I agree that a one plug ECU edc15c2 only eeprom memory mod to disable immo,but not 3 plugs

from ECU:
ECU Locked awaiting response from BSI
From BSI:
The ECU has already been matched, it is no longer possible to change its status
