BDM FULL backup Opel VECTRA C Z19DT

Hi, I need full backup BDM ECU BOSCH 0281013409 vectra c, i have this Car . MIL lamp going on , and i have to read TC P1604 ( change motor ECU ) . I try with SPS reprograming with TECH 2 , but not result . After i try with reseting ECU , then with programing ECU , not result .

Car working perfectly , only is the MIL on . ECU is BOSCH EDC 16C9 . thanks

Hei. Ihad one 2006 SAAB 9-3 1,9Ti D (Z19DTH) with similar error (Replace ECM). Check engine light was ON but car worked fine. In the end replace to new ECM. The old ECM I rewrote a Vectra 2006 full BDM file and the Vectra is driving OK with this ECM for 8 months now.
Here is the Vectra 2006 Z19DTL 74kW full BDM read files. Maybe it helps you. Just in case check the bosch numbers.
