Hyndai Atos HC05B16 MCU read problem

I?m trying to read onboard the mcu HC05B16 0D60J memory with upa.I need to clear a crash from Hyundai Atos 95910-05600 airbag unit.everything is connected properly and I get Vpp Out of Range or device not respond.any idea what was going on.

i have external power in UPA,and i lift some pins (1,4,9 upa pin).Vpp Out of Range OK, but Device not respond!!!

Use only the connection per the uuprog.pdf 3.6.1 MC68HC05B, for this mcu 3.6.2 MC68HC705B16 will never work. But can try the menu on both MC58HC05B16 and MC68HC705B16. Othetwise the mcu may be secured, don't know, where UPA cannot help.
