Hi,
Problem = Smart roadster headlights on all the time.

I have very little experience with the smart car. Even though there are no faults stored in the sam unit (acording to star C3) I suspect this is the fault.

Can I just clone the eeprom in the HC12 sam unit chip?

What address do I need to copy and paste? I have to tel my chip programer what address to read ect.

If I paste a virgin file will I need to re-prog the 3 button key?

Can someone send me the virgin dump so I have the option?

Sorry for all the questions.

Many thanks

enable/disable DRL (daytime running light)

car key off position or remove from key cylinder
keep the light stalk in backward position (passing beam)
press key remote fob button open or close (you can hear the beep)
