installation new esl on sprinter !!!

I want to install new esl on sprinter w906 year 2008.
any body can give me the procedure please?
the original esl was burned!
i want to adpat new esl, whitch dump it need?
need to make adapatation with star???????
please expalin me more :)

but possible to make virgin then adapt with das????

you can virginise via direct motorola read or ak500 and adapt with star. but if esl is Nec chipset there is no way to virginise.
