help !!!!!

Jeep Wrangler 1997 4.0 Petrol, Rockwell Alarm module.
Car starts but after few sec stops.. Alarm is armed.. Remote control not working, led is off.. Supply voltages and ground is ok.. Is there some way to disarm Alarm permanently? Or to reprogram ecu for immo off?
