Dear Friends.

Can any one help to remove the speed limiter or provide a performance tune to over come this setting.

I believe some one has been playing with Renault clip and set the speed limiter on which appears to be a one way ticket..

It says no speed limiter at all, try and report, please

Thanks for reply, I never thought of looking at ecusafe.

Just ran the original file through it and compared with your mod file which has no difference's

There is one change at one address between the original and ecusafe bin's (see image attached)

Unless anyone can offer me a more concrete solution I will try this.

I had been wondering if the change was in the processor or eeprom, maybe if it was in the eeprom it could be reset back with a Tech2 or Clip..... Any thoughts?

I have down loaded the "Renault-Nissan_DDT2000_v2.3.0.1_Full___Latest_Database" from the site, Will this work with a genuine Clip, I'm guessing it has some special functions ??

My BDM has died arrrg....It came up with contact CMD support at the start of writting tried reading another EDC16 now it say's can't coms...with anything.
Any one have a " link " for a genuine BDM supplier.... Not a China copy..?
It's Bl**dy hard these days to find original's of anything :(

Here (http://www.digital-kaos.co.uk/forums/f166/ddt2000-v2-5-0-0-a-184369/) is newest "public" version of DDT2000. I talked today with a friend who owns a Reno Master 2006y and says that speed limiter was disabled by a cotech in Reno garage with Clip, so is possible.
I hope you understand what i wrote, english is not my native language...
Did you try file modded by Ecusafe?

I have removed speed limiter on these with clip, cant remember the procedure but if you still having problems, will try look it up tomorrow

DDT2000 with proper database, add-ons, and Derelek cable can do EVERYTHING about Reno ecus :)
Will not work with Clip sonde, we use KKL-USB cable, only for K line diag/ programming.
Derelek cable is not so easy to find, also very expensive...

Found some time ago NI-CAN ( National Instrument CAN ) interface on e-bay, too expensive for me, ~450 euros
No derelek found till now, but that is more expensive and almost imposiible to find. NI-CAN remains unfortunately the only to be found ( and that also hard ! )

Couldn't get it to work with ddt2000
but it comes with can logger software which I need to play with.

I can confirm 100%
ECU Safe has removed
the speed limiter...
