is there a wii disc you can load in with no chip like the old dreamcast,gamecube

I think that disc just lets you play original gamecube games from the USA,JAP etc, dont think it lets you play Wii back ups m8.
Read up on the twilight hack, this will enable you to play Wii and Gamecube backups/originals PAL / JAP or NTSC.
