x progm 5 micronas dashboard problem

hello to all mates......
i recently bought a china clone x progm 5 with green pcb..
yesterday i tried to read a dead micronas dashboard from octavia...i did all the connection like the pdf and i used the 9s12 bdm adapter.....when i tried to read i had problem.....when the soft reach to bypass security stops and after 5 seconds says connection problem....what can i check?
i checked them a lot of times and they are good

At this moment you can register your chinese X-prom with developer and get full support. X-prog is nomore TMT product. It is developed and supported by the engineer who is actualy developer of progger since the begining.There are new versions with some good stuff and to legalise your progger is not that expensive.
