audi 6 disc changer

audi a6 2007, customers original cd was faulty so he took it to have it repaired, the shop keeper somehow lost it. He's bought another until from local breaker but keeps bleeping every 2 seconds, some sort of component protection, can this be resolved and if so how

hi mate, try to remove eeprom from your old CD changer and put it in the new, if don't work your only solution is Audi, it's solved online
