Volvo v70 immobilizer

Hi i have try ed to program a new key to a Volvo v70 petrol 2.4 1999 and i think the immobilizer ecu is faulty. the code enters but will not learn new transponder, so i would like to immobilizer off the ecu is a Siemens bl.2 s103955411b i cant find any info about this type of ecu, i was told that the ecu may not be coded to the immobilizer ecu can any one help thank you.

and post dump and then cut pin 58 of the ecu plug
but first post dump to edit immo off

Hi i can not find a 29f200 in this ecu it has a AM28F101 flash which i have read with a Willem's, the ecu is quite old with a metal strap around the ecu that locks it to the multi plug its a SIEMENS S103955411B the car is a p reg 5 cylinder petrol. thank you,
