MB ML270 CDI 2002. ECU-IMMO synch lost

Hi people.. I have a 2000 mercedes ML 270 CDI. That need synchronization between ECU and Immo.. Now, starter not job and "start error" showed on dash. I tried to reprogram the keys, but to no avail. Now keys is OK. What can I do? Help me, please. :)

Unfortunately, I don't have star now. :(
Errors in block no. In the engine there is an error on the glow plugs. But voltage on the glow is OK. I think synchronization is problem.

are yuo sure that ecu-immo lost sinhronisation if you not have star? usually key-immo lost roling code. If you a sure for you diagnosis read eeprom of ecu and motorola in module near steering collum
