toyota yaris vargine file

hi members please ave this car toyota yaris 1.3 .petrol 3cylinderwith ecu bosch 0261 208 937 ,toyota 89661-0D290 with chip st 95040 . please l need vargine file in order program ecu on car again or to replace it. car lost key and some one force to start without key and it have foult on ecu immobilzer any idea of this. original file from ecu this . thanks
