Fool INPA

Hi!

Does anybody have solution how to fool INPA Battery and Ignition with serial cable?
I try to connect pins 6 and 9 of rs232 trough resistors to +12v but didn't helped.
How to make this black dots stop blinking.
Once again it is serial cable NOT usb one.
