help about streaming my tv in my pc

hello ive been downloaded the software that called DreamStream E1 to watch my tv in my pc .
Im using DM7020 and i wrote my user and my ip and pass then i clicked apply and i saw only black window and it said failed
why i need help please ? :afraid::afraid::afraid:

i can view and change channels on my pc just by putting my dreambox ip in my browser search bar can you not do the same


sorry just a quick edit not strictly true i view it through vlc media player on the pc you may need to d/load and install this program to be able to view

i installed VLC player on my laptops and then connect through the browser with the dm ip address. I then click on web x tv, same as thered above..
