I made several of these without a problem, but the latter have a problem and error P0606 and some new errors. I read and write only flash file with calculated chs. The car runs but has little power and has the following errors

P0110/CO.1
Intake Air Temperature Sensor 1 Circuit
Intake air temperature sensor 1 signal low or high input (CO.1 ? Open circuit or short circuit to +12 V
P0100/D2
Mass or Volume Air Flow Circuit
2.DEF ? Offset at minimum threshold
P0606/D6 ? replase!
ECM/PCM Processor Malfunction
Engine control module internal faulty (system error)/ 6.DEF ? EEPROM fault
P0638

Throttle Actuator Control Range/
Performance
? Inlet throttle valve actuator circuit shorted to ground circuit
? Inlet throttle valve actuator circuit open or shorted to power circuit
? Inlet throttle valve position signal low or high input

Anyone had any similar problem? Any ideas?

Best regards.

Does anyone have any idea, can I use the ECU with number 0281012657 as 0281012569 for test. I will program with file reading from old ECU. They have the same hardware ? The two ECU have the same other number 8200518648 . Thanks in advance.
