307 NEC DASH PROBLEM DEAD

Hello.
I have a serious problem with the meter from 307 to NEC-u.
When I do go counter to soft counter ETL spill. Erased the memory and the counter has stopped working. I tried to read nec UPA and FF are the same. I tried to write it some input from my archive of NECA but not to count on. There is no indicator lights, none backlight timer nothing is dead. Are there any ways to fix the meter can anyone have the entire contents of FLASH and EEPROM NEC

I hve same problem as your.

I hav peugeot 307 2004 V20.
I have reseted the dash with DP3 pdf 470.
now the mileage is ok, rpm and speed is also ok.
But no faulty led work, warning don't work on dash...
Please help me

Thanks for this files, but my UPA USB (clone) don't read the chip.
error is: VSS/VDD error.
I think the Voltage is too up (10V)
I think it's a problem of UPA clone.
I have make same connection as Diga consult, same as DP3, same as UPA pdf in circuit and even tested on boad but same error.
Shittt!!!!

usb power work perfect but if you want you can use external adapter is not a probleme

The problem is on Datasheet NEC Upd780973 require +5V and when i connect my UPA i have error of "VSS/VDD OUT of range" and Voltmetre say me it's 9V inside pin 8 of MCU (IC VPP). I have tested by USB power and external power and same error.

What is the problem?

me i use original UPA and adapter
try to read another tacho or tacho nec for renault scenic or bsi nec

I have make lot of dash of 307 whit nec processor
i have just 2 dump because i have lost the last dump because my HDD of my computer is out of order or i dont have save the reference of the dash nec !!!
now when i read the dump i put exately the reference of dash!!!!!
i have never kill a tacho 307

I think you have make mistake on pin 2 need to put in right point on dashboard (on you picture)

it you use diga you must to lift this pin 2
i have use this conection this morning and i have read whitout problem the mcu nec!!!!

Please see your picture, you have shifted the pin 2,4,6,8. I'm talking about the picture, point near the lcd pins.
If you make your connection the pin 2 of adapter go to pin 77 of MCU.
