focus 1.6 tdci immo data in Bosch 0281012487 ecu?

hi guys i have a focus 1.6 tdci with a Bosch 0 281 012 487 7M51-12A650-UA 7EFA ecu where is immo data on this ecu just need to read it to see if its corrupt?? as cars not starting i have codes showing for data mismatch etc

also how can i tell if ecu is ok via bench testing (equipment/software required) ?
