Hi guys,

What is the procedure for toyota smart key programming.
I have a J Spec 2005 Yaris petrol with lost key.
Where is immo located, can it be done manually, can MPV do it?
Never done smart key, so i need some tips.
Also, where can i get key, would second hand one be OK.
Is there a difference between USA, EU, and japan keys.

Smart key in yaris 2005??? Are u sure about this? As per my info yaris 2005 transponder is 4d 67 and its a 2 button remote key.

Yep, very sure it is Yaris, also known as Vits in Japan.
Definitely smart key, only push start button and no key ignition (also has ESL).
Not sure about the year, but customer says '05.

smart keys have different frequency between USA and japan market. Second hand key would work, needs to be with the right frequency only. Are you sure this is a yaris? usually 2005 Toyota Duet has smart key, Vitz/yaris not seen yet....

hey , simple solution get super -toyota -k+CAN COMMANDER .it can program smart keyand sub key ,it can reset immo easy and simple .it not need to open immo box .thanks Super TOYOTA K+CAN Commander 2.0 For TOYOTA/LEXUS/SCION (http://www.ecutool.com/Super-TOYOTA--KCAN-Commander-20-For-TOYOTALEXUSSCION_1688.html)

Remote frequencies
USA- 315mhz
Gulf- 433mhz
Japan- 302mhz

MVP can do. I did once. 2 keys required only need to enter immo delete option. driver's door will be open
