E28B immo lucas with upa

Hi,who can help me to read Motorola Mask E28B on Ulisse 2.1 td LUCAS ecu ,please?
I have connect like mc68hc11e9 ,and vcc and reset al lift.
Whith test connection is ok but i can't read it.!
