I live in High rise flat with a communal satellite connection

I have attached leads from SAT 1 to LNB 1 IN
&
SAT 2 to LNB 2 IN
from my satellite wall plate output
to my BOX

The Wizard searches for the satellite signal but reports icannot find signal check connections
....the connections seem to be OK

My leads are F Plug To F Plug Satellite Cable Coaxial Lead*

If it says sat1/2 on the wall plate it should be for satellite.
any chance you can check your box on a neighbors or check a known working box on your wall plate.you could also ask the flat manager if your outlet has been disabled.
