Mini 2004 Model Big Problem !!!

Hi friends !!!

I need our help!!

I have a Mini Cooper 2004 model.

1) I modified the EWS3 MCU: HC11EA9(SW08 -HW04) with Upa Prog. to KM 316.
2) Then I modified the BCU: 93c76 with Upa Prog. to KM 316.
3) I modified the Dash MC912DG128 with CAS3 Prog.( Verify Ok) to Km 71000.
Now, the Mini does not start, and the instruments do not light !!!
What happened ??? Someone would be able to tell me like I can solve this problem??

upload the dumps. While the help is coming try to load back orig dump to every unit ant try to start......

I don't know what is the best solution: reset EWS and BCU and write new km to the dash OR write the same value for every unit...............

Post dumps, what software did you used to change km in BCU and EWS3. I think it is a programming failure. If not you had to cut some wires of the EWS with UPA, check if it is repaired again. I always put same km in BCU (93C76) as dash.

It seem that your BCU and EWS file is correct, Have you removed the eeprom from BCU? check if it was placed in correct position, Check your EWS soldering from the lifted pin or cut trace was solder s good

I also seen that your modified files in ews was update to 7110km

First check the ignition fuse if it was blown

But I do not understand this problem !!!

Power up the cluster on the bench to check if it is good
if the cluster light and display number, check the socket pin from the car with ignition on if the is a positive line

Check pin by pin of the eeprom,

Pin 5 of the eeprom should be connected to Ground or negative side

Can you post the dump of your Dash,

But if the dash is in trouble, the engine can still start and the car run in normal

It can use another dump to this car. Did you check to power up the dash on the bench?

but I have others problems:
1-The flash dump this in miles, I need km.
2-The Mini does not start !!!.

My Carsoft say this:
-The transponder in the key is supplied true the ring antenna
-En sends the key data to the ews control unit.
-The EWS control unit controls the data,
and then sends the permission signal to the engine control unit (DME/DDE) en starter.
-After startining the EWS control unit calculates new data (changing code)
and the sends it to the transponder into the key.

I would be looking at the EWS being at fault here as this car should start without the dash clock even being fitted in the car

2.- need check if the antenna send signal of the key
3.- need make one tester
(takes to make a copper coil of 50 turns and paste a SMD LED signal and determine if your antenna emits)
4.- maybe the configuration of transpoder lost
5.- which makes the car ??
6.- nothing or starting but not run

The dump of our friend (hcip) was well, but in miles, I need in KM.
