Zafira diesel 1.9 cdti Immo light help!!!!!!

Zafira diesel 1.9 cdti 2007.

Bought car from salvage stolen recovery.
To cut the story short, after replacing most stolen interior parts including dash the car did not start, immo light is flashing.

I know the dump in the dash is giving wrong code.
I haven?t got the old dash in order to replace the original eeprom, could some one give me a simple advice to solve this problem.
