hi all need help on the Astra 1.7 DTI 2003. ecu change .
the car will not start because the ECU penises are broken.
and so I brought another ECU.Now I need instructions to reset ecu.
I read tms of immo box by xprog-m.

Agree with the below post, you need Opcom to do the job

or just programme new transponder chip to your immobox and ecu

in first place you will need to reset the 'new' ECU to be able to 'marry' him to your immo box, for that you will need security code from the car that was originally fited the ECU, or someone who have tech2 to reset it. The best way is to get the ECU, Immo box and transponders from the donor car and replace yours with them, then the car will start without a problem...

In this case immo box should be reset or how to code with not reseted ecu?
