"M&B SLK control unit 170 820 0726"

Dear Technician,
I have a SERVICE ECU number 170 820 0726 ( 170 820 0926 could be equal ) placed in a Mercedes SLK 200, year 1997, please look at the picture below.


I'm not sure what the burnt semiconductor is, it could be a Mosfet, but I hope someone could tell me the right code.

Please someone with a 1997 SLK in the garage (for any reason) could open the 170 820 0726 control unit just to read the number in each of the three big semiconductor near the connector?
