We carried out a DPF delete on a Volvo V50 2.0d a short while ago using ecusafe and BDM. After a while the customer reported that the car went into limp and different lights came on the dashboard. I have read the ecu and the only code present is P2454. Do I need disconnect the dpf/fap ecu? And if so does anyone know where it is located? Thank you.

The problem is the differential pressure sensor,
-Contact resistance or oxidation in the terminals
-The signal cable is short-circuited to ground.
-Short-circuit to ground on the lead for power supply.
-Damaged pressure sensor particle trap.
the signal cable
Ecusafe cannot disable diferential sensor or ADM module .

The problem is DPF pressure sensor A-circuit is very low end the probability of this is rust on wiring, the pressure sensor or ECM ceck them all.
