Hello, i need to make virgin ecu dump please...

BOSCH 0 261 204 780

attached is file from old pcm of mcu 4E28B eeprom, when i change pcm from another car its enough to just change eeprom in mcu or i must also do something with the intel flash chip mounted on same pcb near the mcu?

If you are swapping ecu, it would be because the numbers are different, then you must change the MCU and flash as you asked otherwise just virgin the old and re-use if still good or virgin the new if its same numbers as the old and code with STAR
