Hi guys
i have 1998 Toyota Avalon i need to program the imob from ecu i looked around and their is no imobelizer box dealer said its inside the ECU i need to know if anyone know what chip is it on or is it on the prosesor MPU thanks

it will be 93c56 if its in the ecu

Thair are 2 eproms and none of them are 93c56
i also find mpu D82J KQQGX9742A
ECU part number is 89661-07210

Hello Mate,
If your ECU/ECM is the DELCO type, then the key memory device is the MCU 68HC11E9 (47 Pins).
Attached here is the Virgin file for it.Program the MCU with and register new or used 4C transponder key

The Mpu Mask (D82J) you said found in the ECU is effectively the 68HC11E9 i suggested you should search for in my previous post.Leading to the conclusion that your ECU is the Delco Type.So make use of the virgin dump and program key for the car

so i upload the virgin dump that you give me and read the old transponder info and manually type it in the 1 st and half of second row should this work

i also have 1998 toyota avalon with delco but it has the 52 pin 68hc11e9 and i read with autel im608 but it will not write back when doing key by dump so i send first read to my computer and tried vvdi2 then wrote bin to mcu with autel and car does not start then tried tango from original bin and same thing car does not start and immo light flashing.
