ECU MB W221 CR5.3 how to read ExtFlash via BDM

Hi.
ECU A 642 150 56 91 (Bosch 0 281 013 212) CR5.3, 6Zyl.
have 2 proc: MPC562MZP66 + MPC564MZP66
Also External Flash AM29BDD160GB and EEPROM ST95640
With X-PROG I readed MPC564_IntFlash and EEPROM.
I tried to read External Flash but without success.
How can I read it? It is connected to MPC562.
