Fiat Ducato 3.0 JTD 160bhp help needed!

Hi guys,

Im working on a 2010 Ducato motorhome,
3.0 JTD EDC16 C39

Ive read ecu via BDM, modded flash, and written back. When I fit the ecu, and switch on ign, the immo light is on and engine wont start.

If I set ecu back to original its starts up fine.

Any pointers??

The only thing I can think is because of the age of vehicle, maybe an advanced immo system (or anti-tune) has ori cksum stored elswhere, so when I mod flash new cksum no longer matches and so start is not allowed.

Or maybe im missing something obvious??!!

its the checksum
i am shure of it
just try another checksum corrector
i have tried an alfa and its the same thing

yes,upload your mod and we correct the cks for you and try

I tried again today withOut bdm chk correct, and same result, this is with chk corrected in Swiftec after I completed mods.

Think chk must be issue, just loaded file into OLS and said was incorrect.... Will try the corrected file later.

Read full ECU by BDM, save complete file, export flash, tune, correct cks, save, import flash, save as tuned complete file, write full ECU with this.

It was simply Chk incorrect, once corrected all was fine.
