mazda miata 1998 lost key

please help,i have one mazda miata 1998 all keys lost ecu type DENSO B34BA ,93c56 eeprom has this attached dump,where is the key data and what type of transponder should i use?is immo off possible?

i have done immo off
just follow these steps
Programm the EEPROM 93C56
1) read EEPROM 93C56
2) turn the dash on and off 5 times to get into programm mode
3) Programm the 93C56
4) turn dash on
