D80D0WQ with UPA

I'm trying to program a D80D0WQ using original UPA. It says programming success but when i try to verify i get a million errors. Anyone know whether Upa can program this chip?

That's right for some reason it appears to be reading well but its not writing

first 2 lines it was all "00" or "FF" when you have readed?

They try each and everything which come in our mind long before.

Sorted. I tried programming at 3.3v and it worked. Thanks for all the suggestions.
