2005 vauxhall astra break down

hi, i have a vauxhall astra 1.4 2005 which suddenly cut out while driving, there is plently of charge in the battery but it will not turn over and also tryed to start it while on tow, it just doesnt want to go at all, any ideas?

any fault codes come up,or did the car hit anything that may have activated a cutoff,car not turning over check the starter connections and see if it gets powered when key is held in start position for ignition contact switch problem,also try spare key for key recognition.

tryed both keys no luck, its not even trying to start while being towed, and wont turm over with key, dont think its a bad earth or starter connections, or fuel cut off switch

engine should start on a tow if starter was knackered,wonder if there is a relay for ignition and fuel pump?
