hey guys have got a samsung android fone and just wanted to know how you change the upload limit,

What upload limit ?

Only limits I was aware of was the ones determined by your modem connection technology and your service provider. You can't change those.

What are you trying to upload and to where. I have a galaxy s and have never hit an upload limit and that includes uploading a 700mb film to the pc using kies air through wifi connection
