How does removing EGR system on the FAP (for 1.6HDI Peugeot)

The car: Peugeot 307 1.6hdi with FAP, 109hp, 2006year. How will the Software off (closing) the EGR valve for proper operation of the diesel particulate filter regeneration? Preserving the conditions for properly burning FAP?
