here i have pasat 2.5 tdi y 2001 car has a problem the tubine is precharging at arround 3100 rpm in 5 or 6 th gear it is charging arround 2550 mbar and it is too mutch car goes to safe mode. i canged maf and same thing. culd some of you tuners look at my file and lower turbine pressure to arround 2300 mbar if it is possible. maybe this car was unprofessionaly tunned. ps. turbune is new, pump vp44 is new, maf is new there is no air leaks.

Haven't got the time to study it deep, but seems the car is badly tuned. N75 map is badly adjusted.

Switch it back to original to check the way it works.

Just write back in, the original file tht belongs to this car.
Like alex sais the N75 could be bad adjusted, the turbo pressure or the turbo pressure limiter

Check N75 valve, it might be stuck with dirt. The file I sent you is original 100%. Or maybe someone played with the actuator length. Do some logs on channel 11 and post it here.

Overboost, it can causes dirty turbo, or check your n75 and hoses...

So.. If with org file you have overboost, you don't have to look for another file. Your car has mechanical problem. Check what we said and report.

PS. Maybe somebody wrote bad mod file? Check and compare Bosch numbers on your ecu with your mod/org file. The same? -> Mechanical problem
Different?-> Maybe it causes bad file version...
then you have to look for the same linke on ecu bosch numbers...

i have resolved problem it vas turbine it vas stuck sovhere in the middle so it went from middle up and i tougth it was ok but when i took it off i saw it was stuck.turbine is 1 year old. so i cleaned it and car goes normal

Diga1, it is possible that ur file is not properly tuned, but if u still want to keep the tuned file i have a solution.

Buy a 3.3 3.0 and 2.7 zener diod and attach them one by one, starting with the highest number on the map sensor on the signal wire with the marked end, and the other end turned to ground.
This should prevent overboost.
