Having a difficult time with 2004 Audi A4 1.8T US, Bosch 8E0 909 518 AK, need to immo off directly from ECU. Any suggestions? I have many programmers, EEPROM De-Soldering station, etc., etc., etc. Just wondering if anyone has the dump to disable the immo on this car. Your help is greatly appreciated. :)

Sorry, but I am very new to German cars when it comes to engine control modules. Sorry for the noob question, but, is it the 95040 chip I need to read? If so, I see a few crystals on the board. Should I remove the chip before reading and uploading the dump here or can it be read in circuit? Thank you for your help.

This is a great website. Did some searching, found what to do, and the car is running. Absolutely fantastic!!!!!!! Thank you to all that take their time to contribute to this site. Just one problem, the emergency flashers stay on for a few minutes when I start the car. Any suggestions?
