XPROG-M and SPI problem

hello
i just started having problems with my cloned xprog-m with green board

when i try to read spi eeproms it shows that it reeds it ok but in windows i have only FF FF

93cxx works fine


any ideas what can be wrong ??

cheick your connection or
try to read another eeprom ,maybe this eeprom il already erased

Nothing works now. I checked all elements on board. Looks like atmega isthe problem. All zener diodes and transistors r ok

Xprog reconize that chipnis in coreectly (or wrong way) but doesnt read ir write anything and in program windows u see always ff ff ff
