looking for software for ford focus 2007?

can anyone help- trying to find some software that will enable to reset ecu/engine manegment lights on focus 1.6tdci -2007 model?
was considering purchasing cheap reader/resetter off ebay but be better if something could run from laptop?

Also any point me in way of parts cd/service manual please?
